My Tough Little Girl

Our beautiful Josie.

Going on 13 years old.  Going through her second bout with Mast Cell Cancer.  She's had more surgeries than anyone should have to endure, including a torn ACL while she was dealing with chemo the first time (a few years ago).

Through it all, she has been such a trooper.  Despite slowing down as she ages, she is always there, ready and willing to gove some precious kisses and "Josie hugs". 

I pray for her every day, that God will give her health and happiness for as long as she has left.

My wife found this poor, hungry baby today. After a good bath, and picking well over 80 fleas off it, it's ready for bed.

Best Buddies

This is Josie, our 9 year-old boxer mix, and Sammy, our 1 year-old cat who was saved from severe malnutrion after his mom was hit by a car on the highway (his two siblings died).

They are best buddies and love to play and hang out.
